Courtney Robinson was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She was admitted to the State bar of Texas in 2012.

Courtney graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in History in 2009.  She then went on to earn her J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law).  After law school, Courtney spent the first three years of her legal career at a Houston law firm practicing general civil litigation, where she gained experience in a variety of legal matters.  In 2016, she moved to San Antonio, Texas and focused exclusively on personal injury litigation for the next four years, representing plaintiffs in automobile, 18-wheeler, and premises liability actions.

Courtney joined Sprott, Newsom, Quattlebaum & Messenger in January 2020, and now her practice focuses primarily on personal injury litigation defense.
