Cha’Mira L. Keener was born and reared in Houston, Texas on March 9, 1990. She was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2016.

Cha’Mira graduated 6th in her class from Booker T. Washington High School in Houston, Texas and 1st in her class from Wiley College in Marshall, Texas.  In May 2016, Cha’Mira received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law – Houston.  Upon receiving her license, Cha’Mira went on to represent clients in criminal, family and civil matters where she gained invaluable courtroom experience.  Cha’Mira joined Sprott Newsom Quattlebaum Messenger as an Associate Attorney in May of 2017 and  primarily practices medical malpractice defense.
